Job Description – Telesales Executive – Hotel Industry
- Make calls to customers and corporate clients for room bookings, events, banquets, and hotel services.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Explain room packages, offers, banquet packages, and other hotel services.
- Handle customer queries and provide required information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Reservations teams.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
