AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive to identify potential business clients using AI tools, online research, and B2B prospecting platforms. The role focuses on building accurate prospect databases, identifying decision-makers, enriching contact information, and generating qualified leads for our IT and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research potential clients using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search, Google Maps, business directories, and company websites.
- Use AI tools to identify target companies, research prospects, and accelerate lead generation.
- Find decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and Marketing Heads.
- Enrich and verify business email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company information.
- Build, clean, deduplicate, and segment targeted B2B lead databases.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to improve prospect research, data organization, and lead qualification.
- Support personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other business communication channels.
- Maintain accurate prospect records in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.




- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to improve targeting and conversion opportunities.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, data enrichment, or sales development preferred.
