Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–4 years of experience in interior design development, technical documentation, and project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a good aesthetic sensibility, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate design briefs into practical, execution-ready drawings and specifications.

You will work closely with the design leadership, visualisers, project managers, and procurement team to ensure that design intent is accurately implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a designer who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and progress toward a Senior Designer role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop space plans, furniture layouts, material selections, and interior design concepts based on approved briefs.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, material boards, specification sheets, and execution documentation.
- Coordinate with 3D visualisers to ensure renders accurately reflect the approved design intent.
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and vendors, and present suitable options for approval.
- Conduct site visits at key project milestones to monitor design implementation.
- Identify deviations from approved drawings and report them to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with project managers, visualisers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
- Guide junior designers on assigned execution tasks and daily deliverables.
- Maintain organised project documentation and meet agreed timelines.




- Follow established workflows, reporting structures, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in design execution.
- Good knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with other relevant design or visualisation software is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical drawings and execution-ready documentation.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- A structured, process-driven approach with a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is proactive, receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable working within a structured design environment. The candidate should be able to balance creative thinking with technical precision and practical execution.

Experience working in an organised interior design studio or a process-driven design and execution environment will be an advantage.

Growth opportunities

This role offers mentorship and opportunities to develop stronger design, documentation, and project coordination skills. With consistent performance and demonstrated capability, the candidate can progressively take on greater design responsibility and work toward a Senior Designer role over approximately 18–24 months.
