Key Responsibilities : -
1.Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning sessions and activities.
2.Prepare lesson plans and learning materials in advance to encourage active participation.
3.Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive development of every child.
4.Observe and assess childrens progress, social skills, confidence, and self-esteem.
5.Maintain daily assessment records and other classroom documentation.Organize thematic activities, annual events, and classroom displays.
6.Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) as scheduled.Coordinate weekly lesson planners with the Centre Head.
7.Keep parents informed through the parent communication app.
8.Maintain a secure, positive, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
