## Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing BDM to promote our educational courses and training programs by visiting schools and colleges. The candidate will conduct career awareness sessions, build relationships with educational institutions, collect student enquiries, generate leads, and support business growth and admissions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and colleges to promote Catalyst Education's courses and training programs.

- Conduct career guidance classes, awareness sessions, seminars, and presentations for students.

- Build and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, placement officers, and college management.

- Collect student enquiries and contact information with appropriate institutional permission and consent.

- Generate leads and coordinate with the counselling and sales teams to convert enquiries into admissions.

- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with educational institutions.

- Plan and execute field marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

- Maintain records of institution visits, student enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.





- Achieve monthly targets for visits, lead generation, and admissions.

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and business development progress.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Experience in field marketing, business development, sales, or educational outreach is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel to schools and colleges.

- Ability to interact confidently with students and educational professionals.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and lead management tools.

- Experience in the education or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
