Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical design drawings, layouts, calculations, and technical documentation for building services and MEP projects in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare electrical design drawings, layouts, and detailed engineering documentation for building services projects.
- Develop lighting, power distribution, and electrical equipment layouts.
- Prepare single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and panel schedules.
- Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and related design calculations.
- Design and coordinate lighting, small power, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Review architectural, structural, and other MEP drawings to ensure proper coordination and avoid clashes.
- Prepare material quantity take-offs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, project engineers, and other stakeholders.




- Incorporate client comments and revise drawings as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely delivery of design submissions.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in electrical design engineering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of electrical design calculations, load estimation, cable sizing, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of electrical standards and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Valuable analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Electrical design engineering : 2 years (Required)
