Job Title: MEP Engineer
Department: Projects & Site Management

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day MEP site execution activities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
- Coordinate with civil and structural teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP installations.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications and coordinate with consultants for necessary clarifications.
- Manage and coordinate MEP contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labour teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project schedules.
- Inspect MEP installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports,



and relevant technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, site safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
- Verify completed work quantities and assist in contractor billing, work valuation, and payment coordination.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, consultants, and other departments to resolve technical issues and prevent delays.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Support site inspections, quality audits, and project handover activities.

Pay: ₹329,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
