About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Recruiter to support our hiring and talent acquisition activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for advertising job openings, sourcing potential candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

The ideal candidate has previous recruiting or staffing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment tasks independently in a remote work environment. Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online recruiting platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, post, and manage job advertisements across Indeed and other approved job boards.
- Identify and source qualified candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates against job requirements.
- Contact potential candidates and conduct initial screening conversations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and activity reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.




- Manage multiple job openings while meeting hiring deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Practical experience posting jobs and sourcing candidates through Indeed or similar job boards.
- Must have an active Indeed Employer Account.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily recruiting activities remotely.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in IT, technical, or general recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Ability to screen candidates, maintain recruitment reports, and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
