Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Client Support & Backend Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to handle customer queries, maintain accurate records, and manage day-to-day backend operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely responses and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Manage backend operations, data entry, and customer database maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries and requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.




- Perform daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, backend operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good data entry, documentation, and record-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in IT services, software companies, customer support, or backend operations will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
