MM Industries Pvt. Ltd., a trusted wire fencing manufacturer with over 30 years of industry experience, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Professional to expand our dealer network, develop relationships with builders, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to hardware dealers, distributors, builders, and potential customers.
- Identify and develop new dealers to expand the company's market presence.
- Meet builders, developers, and contractors to promote fencing products and explain their applications and benefits.
- Generate new business leads through market visits, customer calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and existing customers.
- Present suitable product solutions based on customer and project requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.




- Manage B2B enquiries through IndiaMART, Justdial, and other platforms.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits, leads, dealer activities, and sales progress.

Candidate Requirements

- Field sales experience in paints, hardware, sanitaryware, or building materials preferred.
- Candidates from Asian Paints, Berger Paints, or similar companies preferred.
- Experience in dealer network development and customer relationship management.
- Ability to meet builders, contractors, and developers to promote products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
