Job Description:
- Verifying patient eligibility and benefits before treatment
- Communicating coverage details to patients and internal teams
- Preparing and submitting insurance claims accurately
- Ensuring correct coding (CPT, ICD) for dental procedures
- Reconciling payments with billing records
- Posting insurance and patient payments accurately
- Ensuring adherence to HIPAA and insurance guidelines
- Maintaining proper documentation for audits
- Handling billing queries and explaining charges
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Reworking and resubmitting claims
- Following up on unpaid or denied claims etc.
Eligibility:
- Graduation or Master's degree in Dental/pharma/science/management
- Good communication skills
- Moderate computer knowledge
- Background in dental / healthcare / pharma preferred but not mandatory
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good English communication and computer knowledge are also welcomed to apply)
Job Timings (Fixed Shifts – No Rotation):
Shift 1 :- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Shift 2:- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturdays & Sundays are fixed Off)
