Job Role & Responsibilities -Mechanic

- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Repair and replace defective vehicle parts, including engine components, brakes, suspension, clutch, and transmission systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and tools.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and other service team members regarding vehicle repairs and service requirements.
- Conduct final checks after repairs to ensure vehicle safety and proper functioning.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer service standards.

Service Advisor - Job role

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards by recording customer complaints, vehicle details, and requested services.
- Explain the required maintenance, repairs, and service procedures to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing and repairs.




- Provide customers with estimated service costs, delivery times, and updates on repair progress.
- Ensure customer approval is obtained before carrying out additional repairs or replacements.
- Monitor vehicle service status and coordinate with the workshop team to meet delivery schedules.
- Conduct vehicle delivery formalities and explain the work completed and parts replaced.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of job cards, service history, customer details, and billing information.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve service department targets for customer satisfaction, revenue, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and service standards.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
