- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Punjabi from a recognised university, as applicable to the prescribed recruitment requirements.
- B.Ed. or other recognised teacher-training qualification, as applicable.
- Strong command of Punjabi language, grammar and literature.
- Effective classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, smart boards and digital teaching tools.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school will be an added advantage.
