About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in Thane West. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, generate, and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Pitch our products/services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, track sales cycles, and manage the complete sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business/referrals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends,



competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles ( freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
