Job Summary: Deliver technical and process-related training to dealership employees to improve technical competency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs among technicians, service advisors, and dealership staff.
- Prepare and deliver technical and process training sessions.
- Train employees on automobile systems, maintenance procedures, and workshop practices.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment results, and employee competency records.
- Coordinate with dealership management to improve employee performance.
- Support the implementation of updated technical procedures and service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile service, technical training, or dealership operations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Valuable knowledge of vehicle maintenance and workshop processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
