Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers regarding export shipments and documentation.
- Liaise with internal operations teams, shipping lines, airlines and transporters.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely shipment delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Follow up with customers and ensure smooth communication throughout the shipment process.
- Maintain customer records and prepare necessary reports.
- Assist with billing coordination and MIS reporting.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Basic knowledge of import and export documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
