Role: To convert leads into confirmed bookings for our two resorts.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads provided.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable stay/packages.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up consistently on pending and interested leads.
- Handle WhatsApp/calls and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain lead and booking records.
- Coordinate with the resort team for booking confirmation.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid sales and follow-up ability.
- Hospitality/travel sales experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident in closing bookings.
