Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

About the Role
The Blox Preschool is looking for a caring and organised Customer Relationship Manager to look after our parents once their child joins our school. You will make sure every family settles in smoothly, every concern is solved on time, and every parent feels heard.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all after-admission formalities: add the child to the classroom, hand over kits to parents, and help new families settle in.
- Make regular feedback calls to parents of current students.
- Log every parent concern received from feedback calls, walk-ins or WhatsApp.
- Inform the owner of each concern within 2 hours and follow up with the teacher, counsellor, accountant or transport team until it is solved.
- Make a confirmation call to the parent after the solution is given; escalate to the Centre Head if the parent is not satisfied.
- Close each concern on time and make a final feedback call with a rating within about 7 days.
- Keep every concern, follow-up and feedback updated in our Google Sheets system on time.
- Coordinate daily with teachers, counsellors, the front desk and the Sales Co-ordinator at both branches.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, front office, client servicing or parent relations (school experience is a plus). Freshers with excellent communication may apply.
- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and basic computer tools.
- Patient, polite, organised and good at handling people.
