Role Overview:
The Career Counsellor cum Tele Caller will be responsible for counselling prospective students about skill development courses, explaining course benefits and career opportunities, generating admissions leads, and converting enquiries into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow up on enquiries.
- Counsel students regarding suitable skill development courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and placement assistance.
- Generate leads and convert them into student admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up databases.
- Coordinate with the admission and placement teams.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, counselling sessions, and enrolments.
Required Skills: Valuable communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, a student-friendly attitude, and preferably experience in Tele-calling, counselling, or admissions.
