Dear Aspirant!
We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly changing world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.
We are looking for: Data Analyst - ACP Compliance Analyst – Asset Administrator
You’ll make an impact by:
- Identify documentation gaps by reviewing existing ACP records, procedures, templates, and available evidence against documented requirements and guidance provided by the responsible SMEs.
- Create, update, standardize, and maintain repeatable ACP templates, SOPs, checklists, work instructions, and documentation packages.
- Read and interpret applicable SFeRA policies, procedures, and internal guidance to ensure documentation is aligned; escalate ambiguity or interpretation questions to the responsible SME.
- Maintain ACP asset inventories and records using asset information and determinations provided or approved by the responsible Asset Owner and DTS/C&T; SME.
- Prepare and maintain critical-asset classification records based on business-impact and security determinations provided or approved by the responsible Asset Owner and DTS/C&T; SME. The analyst does not independently determine criticality or conduct the final business-impact assessment.
- Populate ACP documentation and track the status of protection requirements and protection concepts based on content and technical decisions supplied or validated by the responsible SMEs.
- Coordinate collection, organization, traceability, and completeness checks of evidence for defined protection measures; refer questions about technical adequacy or control effectiveness to the responsible SME.
- Prepare Risk Treatment Plan (RTP) documentation from risks, treatment decisions, owners, and target dates provided or approved by the responsible SMEs; track actions and status without independently determining residual risk or approving treatment.
- Maintain logs of exceptions, open actions, review dates, approvals, and required follow-ups. Ensure decisions and approvals are recorded from authorized decision-makers.
- Coordinate ACP review schedules, send reminders, compile review materials, record outcomes, and track actions assigned by the responsible Asset Owner, governance owner,
or onshore SME.
- Support audit and assessment readiness by assembling requested documents, evidence, traceability records, and status reports.
- Create and maintain administrative metrics covering documentation completeness, evidence availability, review status, overdue actions, open exceptions, and template/SOP completion.
- Use document management tools and established version-control practices to maintain revision history, ownership, review dates, and approval records.
- Use approved AI-assisted tools, where permitted, to check document consistency, completeness, formatting, and alignment to supplied requirements; verify outputs and do not treat AI results as technical approval.
- Work with Asset Owners, business representatives, governance owners, technical teams, and cybersecurity SMEs to obtain inputs, resolve documentation gaps, and follow up on actions.
Use your skills to move the world forward!
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related discipline.
- Typically 6–8 years of experience in technical documentation, process documentation, quality documentation, engineering support, compliance administration, or a related role.
- Experience creating structured technical documents and repeatable templates in an engineering, manufacturing, software, or industrial technology environment.
- Experience working with policies, procedures, document reviews, and cross-functional technical stakeholders is preferred.
- A technical or industrial engineering background is welcome; the role does not require the candidate to be a cybersecurity officer or technical risk approver.
- Excellent technical writing, document structuring, editing, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read policies, procedures, technical specifications, architecture documents, engineering material, and control descriptions and turn them into transparent, consistent documentation.
- Strong capability to create reusable templates, SOPs,
checklists, work instructions, evidence trackers, and documentation standards.
- Ability to understand cybersecurity and technology concepts sufficiently to document them accurately and ask informed questions; deep cybersecurity engineering expertise is not required.
- Familiarity with governance and compliance documentation, audit evidence, action tracking, document review cycles, and version control.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documentation deliverables, dependencies, reviews, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration/document management platforms.
- Ability to use AI-assisted writing or validation tools responsibly to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and quality issues, following company policy and data-handling requirements.
- Familiarity with SFeRA policies or similar internal security policies is an advantage; willingness to study and apply relevant policies is essential.
- Exposure to ACP, GRC, asset management, risk-treatment documentation, or cybersecurity compliance processes is helpful, but the role does not own technical risk decisions.
- Experience with document management or PLM systems, such as Siemens Teamcenter or similar platforms, is desirable.
- Clear communication skills and confidence coordinating inputs from technical experts and business stakeholders.
