Job Title: Fashion Design Mentor / Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Fashion Design Mentor to guide students through the creative and technical aspects of fashion. In this role, you will lead practical sessions, review design portfolios, teach garment construction, and help learners transition from concept to market-ready collections.

Key Responsibilities

* Mentorship & Guidance: Coach students on design thinking, trend research, mood boards, and seasonal collection planning.

* Technical Training: Conduct hands-on workshops in sketching, digital illustrations (Adobe Illustrator/CAD), textile science, draping, and pattern making.

* Portfolio Development: Help mentees build and refine a qualified, industry-standard fashion portfolio.

* Project Reviews: Evaluate student or team design projects, offering constructive feedback on garment construction and fabric selection.

* Industry Insights: Share real-world knowledge of the fashion lifecycle, sourcing,



merchandising, production management, and sustainable practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

* Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Fashion Designer, Brand Founder, Creative Director, or Industry Consultant.

* Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital CAD/3D tools (e.g., CLO 3D).

* Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of draping, pattern making, sewing, garment construction, and fabric properties.

* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing creative talent.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
