The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, procurement, quotation comparison, maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the timely completion of administrative work across multiple locations.
This is not a desk-based job. The role requires regular field visits to our centres, meetings with vendors, on-site assessments, and active follow-up to ensure that all administrative and operational requirements are addressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Identify, source, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, internet service providers, and other service providers as required.
- Quotation & Price Negotiation: Obtain multiple quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective purchases and services without compromising on quality.

- Procurement & Purchasing: Manage the purchase of office supplies, furniture, equipment, fixtures, and other materials required by the centres.
- Centre Visits: Regularly visit different centres to assess requirements, inspect ongoing work, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed satisfactorily.
- Work Execution & Follow-up: Take ownership of administrative tasks from identifying the requirement to ensuring the work is completed, verified, and closed.
- Budget Management:
Ensure purchases and repairs are within approved budgets and that unnecessary expenditure is avoided.
- Documentation: Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, bills, warranties, and maintenance activities.
- Coordination with Finance: Coordinate with the finance team regarding vendor bills, payment follow-ups, reimbursements, and expense documentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor essential supplies and equipment across centres and arrange timely replenishment when required.
- Operational Support: Handle urgent administrative requirements and resolve on-ground issues across centres.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in administration, procurement, facility management, vendor management, or operations will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to compare quotations and identify cost-effective solutions.
- Positive organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, email, and record maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly between different centres across Delhi NCR.
Essential Requirement
This is a field-oriented role, not a desk job.
The candidate must be comfortable travelling between centres, meeting vendors, inspecting sites, coordinating repair work, sourcing materials, and ensuring the actual completion of assigned tasks.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows up proactively, and ensures that work gets done rather than limiting themselves to calls and coordination.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
