Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain our packages and offers, and generate leads for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company packages, offers, and services.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
- Generate leads and support the marketing and sales team.
- Maintain positive communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly attitude and confidence in handling calls.
- Freshers can also apply.
Job Location: Kakkadampoyil, Kozhikode, Kerala.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
