Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries

- Register customer complaints and coordinate with the service team

- Follow up until complaints are resolved

- Update customers on orders and deliveries

- Assist walk-in customers at the showroom

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in customer service

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi, working English

- Pleasant personality

- Basic computer knowledge

Salary: Rs 12,000 - 15,000 per month
