PRM Begraj Group is looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, social media management, and online lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead Generation: Generate quality real estate leads through paid campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, create engaging posts, and maintain a consistent online brand presence.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content, property descriptions, promotional creatives, and campaign copy.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics,



and prepare regular reports using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to track leads, improve conversions, and support business growth.
- Advertisement Budget Planning: Plan and manage advertising budgets across digital platforms, allocate spending effectively, monitor campaign costs, and optimize ad expenditure to maximize ROI and generate quality leads within the approved budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property sales, or a related industry.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of online lead generation and lead management.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and campaign reporting.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet marketing targets.
