We are looking for an experienced Psychology Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions to students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain psychological concepts through real-world examples and interactive activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on core psychology concepts and principles.
- Cover topics such as cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, personality, and human behaviour.
- Explain psychological theories and their practical applications.
- Conduct interactive activities, case studies, group discussions, and assessments.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials.
- Evaluate student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Complete training sessions according to the agreed schedule.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology or a relevant qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in psychology teaching or training is required.
- Solid subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students through practical examples and interactive learning.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
