Dental Solutions, a well-established dental clinic in Ghatkopar East, is looking for a friendly, well-presented and responsible Receptionist to join our team.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills and a pleasant personality who can interact confidently with patients and efficiently manage the clinic's front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to patients in a warm, courteous and skilled manner.
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, confirmations and rescheduling.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries on WhatsApp.
- Coordinate patient appointments and flow with the doctor and dental team.
- Maintain patient records and basic clinic documentation.
- Handle billing, payments and receipts.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules when required.
- Coordinate with patients regarding reminders and appointment confirmations.
- Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area.
- Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the clinic.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every patient.
Candidate Profile
- Candidate with a pleasant and confident personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, courteous and patient-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle patients and telephone enquiries professionally.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical clinic, will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.
