We’re Hiring | HR Executive / HR Generalist

GOAT Robotics Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist to join our growing team in Coimbatore.

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3–6 Years
CTC: ₹3.5–5.2 LPA
Preferred Background: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial companies
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Attendance, leave and monthly payroll processing
- PF, ESI and other statutory HR compliance
- Employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HRMS/ERP data
- HR policy implementation and amendments
- Employee engagement and grievance coordination
- HR MIS and management reporting
- Employee asset allocation and tracking




- Support HR audits, documentation and process compliance

What we’re looking for

Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant HR experience, strong knowledge of payroll, attendance and statutory compliance, and good Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills. Experience with GreytHR and/or Odoo will be an added advantage.
