We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Community Marketing & Growth Manager with a strong background in the EdTech industry to drive digital marketing, lead generation, community growth, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies

* Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion

* Manage Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy

* Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns

* Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives

* Develop creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen brand visibility

* Monitor campaign performance and generate measurable growth insights

* Collaborate with Sales, Academic, Creative, and other teams to achieve business goals

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in EdTech is mandatory

* Strong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Growth Marketing





* Good understanding of Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing

* Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media & Content Strategy

* Experience in developing creative marketing concepts and campaigns

* Ability to analyse campaign performance and drive data-backed improvements

* Strong execution, communication, and team coordination skills

* Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Work Mode: On-site / Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time Regular

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday | 2nd Saturday & Sunday Off
