Salesforce Spiff Technical Consultant

Salesforce Spiff Technical Consultant to design, configure and support sales commission and incentive compensation solutions on Salesforce Spiff.

Turn client compensation plans into accurate, automated and auditable payouts. The role involves working closely with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance and HR teams, and own the technical delivery from requirements through go-live and support.

Key responsibilities

Solution design and configuration Run discovery workshops to understand compensation plans, quotas, territories, rates, accelerators, SPIFFs, clawbacks and draws. Turn business rules into a Spiff design covering plans, components, rules, datasets, calculations and payout logic. Set up Spiff objects, data relationships, filters, formulas and calculation logic for complex plans, such as tiered, retroactive or split credit. Build rep statements, dashboards,



reports and approval or dispute workflows. Integration and data management with Oracle ERP Set up and maintain the Salesforce CRM to Spiff integration, including Opportunities, Accounts, Products, Users and custom objects. Bring in data from Oracle using native connectors, flat files or APIs. Map, transform and validate data so that commission inputs are clean and can be reconciled. Coordinate with middleware or integration teams (MuleSoft, Boomi or similar) when needed.
