Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ASB Machine Operator to operate and monitor ASB PET bottle manufacturing machines and ensure smooth production with the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor ASB machines used for PET bottle manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor machine parameters and identify production abnormalities.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and report bottle defects, rejection, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Maintain production records and follow company SOPs.
- Support mould changes, machine setup, and routine maintenance activities as required.





Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th qualification preferred.
- Previous experience operating ASB machines is preferred.
- Knowledge of PET bottle manufacturing and quality inspection is an advantage.
- Ability to identify bottle defects and handle production issues.
- Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in ASB machine operation will be preferred.
