Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact software engineering projects within our rapidly scaling FinTech ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders to drive the development of secure,



scalable financial platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical background, rigorous project management discipline, and a proven track record of navigating the heavily regulated financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Delivery: Spearhead the planning, execution, and deployment of large-scale FinTech initiatives, including payment gateways, core banking integrations, lending platforms, and wealth management tools.
- Technical Alignment: Partner closely with software architects and engineering leads to ensure project roadmaps align with system architecture, cloud infrastructure limits, and scalability requirements.
- Agile & SDLC Leadership: Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies across multiple distributed squads, optimizing sprint cadences, resource allocation, and CI/CD pipeline delivery.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify technical and operational risks, ensuring all deliverables strictly adhere to financial industry regulations and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC2, GDPR).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between executive leadership, product managers, and engineering teams, translating complex technical constraints into clear business impacts.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee project budgets, track resource utilization, and manage integrations or deliverables from third-party financial data providers and technology vendors.

Required Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical project management, program management, or engineering leadership.
- Industry Expertise: would be added value having at least 5 years of dedicated experience within the FinTech, banking, or financial services software sector.
- Technical Acumen: Strong fundamental understanding of modern software development, including Microservices architecture, API integrations, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and high-volume transaction processing.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with extensive hands-on experience using enterprise tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of negotiating technical trade-offs and resolving conflicts across matrixed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Active industry certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PROTECTED.
- Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer, technical systems analyst, or database administrator before transitioning into project management.
