Job Title: IGA Specialist – Microsoft Entra ID & MIM Experience: 6+ Years Location: Remote Open Positions: 2 Job Description We are looking for an experienced IGA Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016), Microsoft Entra ID, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate should have experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, hybrid identity synchronization, and migration from legacy MIM solutions to modern Microsoft Entra ID Governance capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain IGA solutions using Microsoft MIM 2016 and Microsoft Entra ID. - Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes for identity provisioning and deprovisioning. - Configure MIM Synchronization Service, management agents, synchronization rules, workflows, and rules extensions. - Integrate HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP with identity management platforms. - Implement Entra ID Governance features, including Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, Lifecycle Workflows, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). - Manage hybrid identity synchronization using Microsoft Entra Connect and Cloud Sync. - Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls. - Support MIM modernization and migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance. - Develop PowerShell scripts, SQL queries, and C# rules extensions. - Troubleshoot synchronization issues and provide L2/L3 technical support. - Support security audits and compliance requirements, including SOX, ISO 27001, and GDPR. - Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.



Mandatory Skills & Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, or identity engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016) and Microsoft Entra ID. - Experience with MIM Synchronization Service, management agents, workflows, and attribute mapping. - Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity architecture. - Experience with identity lifecycle management, access reviews, RBAC, and SoD controls. - Hands-on experience with PowerShell, SQL Server, and C#. - Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM. - Experience with MIM-to-Entra ID Governance migration or modernization. Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Okta. - Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate. - Relevant certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or SC-100. - Experience in BFSI or other regulated industries.
