Job Description – Catering Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Generate catering business through corporate clients, social events, weddings, and other functions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop robust client relationships.
- Handle client inquiries, site inspections, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with Banquets, F&B;, Kitchen, and Operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual catering revenue targets.
- Manage client requirements, event bookings, and follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and sales performance.
- Ensure client satisfaction and develop repeat business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering sales, banquet sales, or hotel sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of banquet operations, catering packages, and event planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
