About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Project Manager who can identify new business opportunities, generate innovative business ideas, conduct market research, and evaluate the feasibility of new projects. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical, strategic thinking, research, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

· New Business Ideas & Opportunities: Identify new business ideas, products, services, and potential revenue streams. Research emerging market trends, industry developments, and business opportunities. Explore new markets, customer segments, and potential business models.

· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market, competitor, and industry research. Analyze customer needs, market demand, pricing, and competition. Evaluate feasibility, risks, investment requirements, and profitability of new business ideas.

· Business Planning & Strategy: Prepare business proposals, feasibility reports, and business plans. Estimate project costs, expected revenue, ROI, and growth potential. Present research findings and recommendations to management.

· Project Planning & Execution: Convert approved business ideas into actionable project plans. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and revenue. Track industry innovations and new technologies. Recommend strategies for business expansion and long-term growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance,



or a related field.

· 3–7 years of experience in project management, business development, market research, or strategy.

· Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.

· Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis, business models, and financial feasibility.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Our Expectation

We are looking for someone who does not just manage existing projects but also actively discovers new business opportunities, researches them in depth, and recommends practical ideas that can help the company grow.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
