Job Description: MIS Operator

The MIS Operator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing data to support business operations and decision-making. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to generate accurate and timely reports. Familiarity with AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, and work efficiency will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.
- Collect data from different departments and compile reports.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Generate sales, inventory, and financial reports as required.
- Assist management with data analysis, trends, and insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill data requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of reports.
- Explore the use of AI tools to simplify repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



and data handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and meet reporting deadlines.
- Basic awareness of AI tools and their practical application in data management and reporting.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management preferred.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn can also be considered.
