Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional with solid experience in lead conversion and order closures. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, following up with prospects, closing orders, and converting hold/pending orders into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads from enquiry to order closure.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
- Follow up consistently with customers to close pending/hold orders.
- Identify reasons for order delays and take corrective action to convert them.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and order closure targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.




- Prepare regular sales and conversion reports for management.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Order Closing.
- Proven track record of converting leads into orders.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and convincing skills.
- Experience in handling pending/hold orders and converting them into closures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Candidates with experience in elevator, construction, building materials, facility management, or related industries will be preferred.
