We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive for our Navi Mumbai (Sanpada) location. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate business.
- Identify current sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Explain diagnostic services and laboratory test offerings to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or business development is preferred.
- Experience in the diagnostic or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
