Job Description:

Supervise daily site activities on building and civil projects. Manage workers, allocate tasks, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure quality, productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise site work per approved drawings and engineer instructions

 Allocate tasks to masons, carpenters, steel fixers and helpers

 Coordinate concrete, blockwork, plastering, shuttering and finishing activities

 Maintain attendance, progress and material-usage records

 Enforce PPE use and site safety, and conduct toolbox talks

 Submit daily progress reports and report delays or quality issues Candidate Profile

 5+ years in construction, with experience supervising workers

 Able to read drawings; knowledge of quality control and site safety





 Strong leadership and communication

Skills:

 UAE/GCC experience preferred

 ITI, trade certificate or civil diploma preferred
