We are looking for energetic, intelligent and hands-on Factory Technicians who enjoy practical work and are willing to learn precision manufacturing processes.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / PUC
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with workshop/manufacturing experience will be preferred.
What You Will Do
- Perform hands-on work on precision components and assemblies.
- Assist in machining, finishing and production activities.
- Perform measurement and inspection of components using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Carry out filing, grinding, lapping and surface-finishing operations as required.
- Assist in product assembly and sub-assembly.
- Understand drawings, dimensions and basic tolerances.
- Identify dimensional or workmanship issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Learn and operate new machines, tools, fixtures and assembly processes.
- Maintain proper quality, accuracy, cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor.
- Support prototype development, trials and production activities.
- Be willing to travel/support field trials and product-related activities when required.
- Enjoy practical/technical work rather than purely desk work.
- Have good basic measurement and dimension understanding.
- Be comfortable working with hand tools and workshop equipment.
- Be able to understand and follow technical instructions.
- Have good basic arithmetic and reasoning ability.
- Be willing to learn new processes and upgrade skills continuously.
- Be physically and mentally comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
