Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in daily HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, and employee induction.
- Support daily HR operations, payroll documentation, and leave management.
- Help prepare HR letters, reports, and employee communications.




- Coordinate with employees and department heads for HR-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, BBA, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

A proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented candidate with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn HR processes in a professional work environment.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
