Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.
- Manage sourcing and purchasing of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, stores, and finance teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements at project sites.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approved budgets, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare cost comparisons, analyse market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust vendor relationships and an approved supplier database.
- Handle vendor performance evaluation, payment coordination, and resolution of supply-related issues.




- Ensure proper documentation, purchase records, and compliance with applicable procurement procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, negotiation, and cost control.
- Experience in ERP systems, MS Excel, purchase order management, and inventory coordination.
- Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
