Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Supervisor for our UAE project with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil maintenance and repair works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil maintenance activities, coordinating with technicians and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing assigned tasks within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil maintenance, repair, and rectification activities at the site.
- Inspect buildings, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and other civil infrastructure for defects and damages.
- Coordinate and monitor minor civil works, including plastering, painting, masonry, tiling, waterproofing, and carpentry-related civil repairs.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and contract workers and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with the facility management team, site supervisor, clients, and vendors for maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify civil defects requiring rectification.
- Ensure quality of work and timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily work reports, checklists, maintenance records, and material usage details.
- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.




- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) guidelines during all civil activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized repair and maintenance works.
- Report major defects, structural concerns, and additional repair requirements to the concerned authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Ability to identify civil defects and coordinate appropriate rectification work.
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and standard civil work practices.
- Good team coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of site safety procedures and HSE requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Location: UAE

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
