Role Description The Sales Counselor role is a full time, on-site position based at the Sakhiya Skin Clinic branch in Bharuch. The Sales Counselor will welcome and assist patients, understand their skin and cosmetic treatment needs, and provide clear information about services, procedures, and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding patients through consultations, recommending suitable treatment packages, and supporting them in making informed decisions that align with their goals. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction,



and following up on inquiries and leads to convert them into confirmed appointments or treatment plans. The Sales Counselor will also handle basic administrative tasks related to bookings, maintain organized records, and collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every patient.
