Key Responsibilities
• Independently handle trademark and copyright prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, and portfolio management.
• Manage IP litigation, infringement disputes, enforcement actions, and court proceedings.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including IP licensing, assignment, Artist Contracts, confidentiality, and related agreements.
• Provide strategic IP advisory on brand protection, ownership, commercialisation, and risk mitigation.
