Role Description The Vendor Manager at RITWA will oversee vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability across all supplies and services. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves identifying and onboarding new vendors, evaluating supplier performance, and maintaining robust, professional partnerships aligned with RITWA’s standards. The Vendor Manager will manage procurement activities, negotiate contracts, monitor inventory-related requirements, and coordinate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to meet business needs.



The role includes reviewing and updating vendor agreements, tracking compliance with service levels, resolving issues quickly, and supporting sustainability and innovation initiatives in the supply chain. The Vendor Manager will also prepare regular reports and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement in vendor management. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Procurement and vendor sourcing skills to manage end-to-end supply processes.
• Candidates should possess robust Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess vendor performance, and support cost and quality optimization.
• Experience in hospitality, food service, or retail operations is beneficial, particularly in managing multiple vendors and product categories.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
