Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Chennai. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met in alignment with client and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to track materials, equipment, and documentation, while resolving any delays or bottlenecks. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing risks, supporting inspection activities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety requirements. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, manage logistics-related activities as needed,



and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities, including follow-up with vendors, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely availability of materials and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and quality assurance, with the ability to support QA/QC processes and verify compliance with technical specifications and standards.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Logistics Management, including coordinating material movement, optimizing supply chain activities, and managing related documentation.
• Relevant engineering or technical degree/diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline) is preferred.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing projects is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or project tracking systems is an advantage.
