About The Opportunity A rapid-scaling renewable energy provider in India’s utility-scale solar sector, we deliver end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects—from feasibility and financing to commissioning and grid integration. With a focus on 80MW+ solar assets, we serve industrial, commercial, and utility clients across Tier I & II markets. Our sales leaders drive deal velocity, client trust, and pipeline expansion while scaling impact across India’s green energy transition. Role & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle for 80MW+ solar EPC projects: prospecting, qualification, RFP response, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across industrial, commercial, and utility clients in target geographies.
• Partner with engineering and finance teams to develop customized project proposals, BOQs, and ROI models aligned to client needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and government forums to build brand authority and capture new opportunities.




• Drive revenue targets by forecasting accurately, managing deal velocity, and mentoring junior sales talent.
• Stay ahead of regulatory, tariff, and policy shifts to position solutions effectively across evolving market conditions. Skills & Qualifications
