Role Description The Customer Support Executive will handle daily customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues across phone, email, and other communication channels. This full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon includes providing product information, assisting with order status and installation queries, and coordinating with internal teams to address technical and service-related concerns. The position involves documenting all customer interactions, tracking open cases, and following up to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. The Customer Support Executive will also support online queries,



guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps, and work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering clear, courteous, and solution-focused support. Qualifications
• Solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Ability to provide Online Support via email, chat, or web-based platforms.
• Basic Technical Support capabilities for irrigation or related products, including guiding customers through easy troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment in Gurgaon, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in hardware, agriculture, or water-management solutions, is beneficial.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, engineering, or a related field is an added advantage.
