Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Script Writer. The Script Writer will develop clear, engaging scripts for explainer videos, product demos, social media content, tutorials, and marketing campaigns that communicate Univiza’s value to students and educational partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics related to study abroad and Univiza’s offerings, outlining and writing scripts and screenplays, collaborating with video production and marketing teams, and revising content based on feedback.



The role involves maintaining a consistent brand voice, adapting messaging for different channels and audiences, and ensuring scripts are optimized for visual storytelling and viewer engagement. The Script Writer will also contribute creative ideas for current video formats and content series that support product education, lead generation, and community building. Qualifications
• Strong scriptwriting and scripting skills for explainer videos, tutorials, ads, and social content.
• Experience in writing screenplays or narrative structures suitable for video storytelling.
• Understanding of video production workflows and collaboration with producers, editors, and designers.
• Excellent general writing skills, including clarity, grammar, and tone adaptation for different audiences.
• Ability to research complex topics and translate them into simple, engaging scripts.
• Prior experience creating content for education, technology, or SaaS products is an advantage.
• Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines, and collaborating across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
